He quit in favor of saving his soul in an amazing Op-Ed<\/a><\/p>\n

You could say he pulled a “Jerry MaGuire” if you’d like<\/p>\n

But then again Jerry still loved being a sports agent, Greg<\/p>\n

Now pretty much says, “Fuck it”. in fact, he said all this:<\/p>\n

“It makes me ill how callously people talk about ripping<\/p>\n

their clients off”, calling clients “Muppet’s” & using terms<\/p>\n

\"\"(Oh, it was renamed)<\/p>\n

Like “ripping eye-balls out” & “it’s all about getting paid”<\/p>\n

But it all comes down to this for me. He makes it simple:<\/p>\n

It astounds me how little senior management gets a basic <\/em>
\ntruth: If clients don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t trust you they will eventually stop <\/em>
\ndoing business with you. It doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t matter how smart you are<\/em><\/p>\n

Bingo! No clients, no more business. It’s a damn valid point<\/p>\n

Before you even entertain any naysayers who are claiming<\/p>\n

\"\"(Nope, I can’t)<\/p>\n

He had an “axe to grind” or was “passed over”, he wasn’t<\/p>\n

He was very successful in his 12 years there & managed<\/p>\n

More than a trillion dollars in assets & two of the biggest<\/p>\n

Hedge funds around. You lost the soul of a great worker<\/p>\n

And that speaks to the decaying host more than anything<\/p>\n

To any financial broker out there worth a squirt, hire him<\/p>\n
